First of all, this does not mean there are issues with your account, all category choices are locked, but this has no effect on the rest of your account.
We do not allow publishers to change their category after they choose the original category and sub-category. If your websites content and focus changes, please log into your account (to confirm your identity), and send a support ticket whilst logged in. In the ticket state which category and sub category you feel is most appropriate for your websites content and we will make any necessary changes.
