Funding your account
When you first setup a credit/debit card agreement with us, the first charge will start off as an authorisation hold. This means the bank have taken the funds from your account, but have set them aside. BidVertiser has not yet claimed them, and do not have possession of them. Until these funds are claimed, they will not be reflected in your account, please do not continue attempting to fund an account once there are pending funds in place.
The security team will then check the details supplied by the verification request in your account, along with automated detection systems, to ensure that there is no fraudulent activity taking place. If they are suspicious, further evidence may be requested.
